KredEx pilot programme 2022–2027
First and largest manufacturer in the grant scheme
The state-run KredEx grant scheme funds the comprehensive renovation of Estonian apartment buildings. In the first pilot project (2022), EstNor secured the production of facade elements for all twelve buildings shown here – built on a timber frame, with mineral-wool insulation, new PVC windows and the facade finish already applied at the factory. EstNor is the first and largest-volume manufacturer in this programme.
