Factory production with 25 years of experience
EstNor OÜ is an Estonian company with its own house factory in Kiili near Tallinn. Since 2000, EstNor has manufactured prefabricated timber houses as well as facade and roof elements for new build and renovation.

Clear roles
EstNor covers the complete chain from one source – from the building survey through engineering and factory production to on-site installation. In Germany we work with local partner companies for this, who bring market knowledge, customer relationships and permit planning.
The focus is on standardised apartment buildings of the kind found in many European countries from the decades of industrial housing construction.
Why from Estonia?
Estonia has an established timber and element construction industry with long export experience. Around 90 % of EstNor's production goes to export – mainly to Norway, and also to Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Germany and Liechtenstein. As an EU member state there are no customs formalities in trade with Germany.

First element supplier in the Estonian pilot programme
In the KredEx pilot programme for serial renovation (2022–2027), EstNor was the first participating manufacturer and supplied the largest volume of facade elements – for twelve apartment buildings.
